Richard J. Roth - Executive Vice President & CFO

Richard Roth has over 30 years experience as a senior financial executive including over twelve years experience as a CFO for several venture-backed and similar companies seeking a strategic sale or liquidity event.

Through this period, in addition to leading the financial organizations of several mid-size technology companies, he played a key role in the M&A activity, closing and integrating approximately ten strategic acquisitions and negotiating the strategic sale of his last four companies. Mr. Roth currently is the Executive Vice President & CFO for FI Investment Group, LLC, a holding company that invests in early to mid stage technology and health care companies and takes an active role in advising its portfolio companies on growth strategies and value creation. Most recently, Mr. Roth was CFO for QSS Group, Inc, a $300m IT based government contractor, where he negotiated and sold the company to Perot Systems in early January, 2007. Prior to that, he was CFO for three venture-backed technology companies which were also sold to strategic buyers. Additionally, Mr. Roth has a broad depth of financial experience with several larger public companies. Mr. Roth began his career at Price Waterhouse, LLP after earning both a Bachelors and Masters Degree at Georgetown University.
